Business terms and conditions
1. We process orders in the order in which they arrive and as soon as possible.
2. All listed prices are in CZK including VAT. The tax document is attached.
3. Shipments are sent by GLS, payment is by cash on delivery. Personal pick-ups of orders are welcome - just state which garden in the notes. Postage and packaging fees are not charged in this case.
4. The standard price of package and cash on delivery postage is CZK 150
o for shipments up to 10 kg
o for shipments over 10 kg – price according to actual costs
5. The minimum value of the goods in the basket (excluding postage and packaging) for placing an order is CZK 400.
6. We reserve the right to adjust the price of packaging and postage and possibly also the terms of payment, especially in cases where
o the goods are sent outside the Czech Republic or
o the domestic parcel weighs more than 10 kg or has extra-standard dimensions
8. Payments from Slovakia:
o We send cash on delivery to Slovakia by the GLS transport service with actual postage
9. Shipments abroad:
We charge for packaging and postage individually according to the size of the shipment and the delivery address
the FYTO and CITES certificate costs CZK 1,000
for deliveries outside the EU, we send shipments for CITES plants only with FYTO and CITES!

we add a fee of 6% to this payment

we add a fee of 4% to this payment, we do not charge the fee in the European Union
10. We also accept orders by email, fax, telephone or post. It is always necessary to state the product number according to the catalog, the unit price and the number of pieces.
11. Complaints: If the plants do not meet your expectations or have arrived damaged, return them immediately, no later than 14 days after receiving the shipment. Later complaints will not be accepted. Before sending the plants, we always ask for information about the defect in the shipment by phone or email.
