ÚKZÚZ

Kakteen-PH-flora, spol. s.r.o. (e-shop KAKTEEN.CZ) fulfills the obligation of registration for phytosanitary purposes, without exception, valid for internet sellers of plants, plant products and other items subject to phytosanitary regulation. At the same time, they fulfill the obligation to provide regulated commodities during internet trading (contracts concluded at a distance) with a phytosanitary passport, even in the case of deliveries of these commodities directly to end users. These obligations are based on the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) 2016/2031 on protective measures against harmful organisms of plants, which takes effect on 14.12.2019.
